Great product. Took about a week to kick in. Doesn't keep you from sweating, but stops the smelling somehow. I think my breath is better. One odd thing. Usually in summer my fingers swell badly. Nope. Didn't swell. 105 degrees and nothing!

So I started taking this pills for a week or two four stars because yes, it does the job for digesting health and after period cycle it does clean the inside of your body. BUT if you have really sensitive skin like me, you will start to noticed oil break out in the face. This is from my experience. I stop taking it because my Esthetician was saying that my skin was getting super oily so once I stopped taking the product, I realize that it definitely can give others or reaction of either making your skin oily. Don’t get me wrong. It works for other things but just be careful using this because it definitely creates oily skin for people who have sensitive skin like me.
This is a game changer! I have been taking these for a few months and I can definitely tell if I miss a dose. I didn’t have regular bm’s and this helped so much!
